What things are customizable within
the courses?
Through your Administrator’s
menu, you are able to customize the terms that are unique to your
bank.
These can include, but are not limited to:
• Informal name for your financial institution
• Formal name for your financial institution
• Your term
for branch
• Your term
for manager
• Formal term
for teller
• Casual term
for teller
• Your term for Member Service Representative
...and many more!
You are also able to add your LOGO to the courses to make it seem like your staff is taking these courses
through your own financial institution’s “university.”
Can I customize the content
or graphics?
There are customized financial institution
terms that are saved in the database. Your logo will appear in the upper right hand corner of the courses as will so that it has the look and feel as if it is your very own training program. Anything additional would be quoted.
